1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ResolvCmd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
ResolvCmd is a resolution engine that connects to your documentation sources and ticketing systems to deliver structured resolutions. The Service processes your connected knowledge to produce proposed resolutions that your team can review, edit, and apply.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the documentation and knowledge you connect to or upload to ResolvCmd. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your data is tenant-isolated and never shared with or accessible to other customers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other tenants' data or systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Resolution overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
8. Resolution Accuracy
Resolutions produced by ResolvCmd are derived from your connected knowledge sources and are proposed for human review. ResolvCmd does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any resolution. Your team is responsible for reviewing and verifying resolutions before applying them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolvCmd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be subject to our data retention and deletion policy as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
