1. Introduction
ResolvCmd ("we", "us", "our") operates the resolvcmd.com website and the ResolvCmd application at my.resolvcmd.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.

We collect information about how you use ResolvCmd, including resolution queries, feature usage, and performance metrics. This data is used to improve our service and is never shared with other tenants.
Knowledge source data
When you connect knowledge sources (Google Drive, Hudu, Confluence, or upload documents), we process and index this content to provide resolutions. This data is stored in tenant-isolated infrastructure and is never accessible to other customers.

We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve ResolvCmd
- Process resolutions from your connected knowledge sources

4. Data Isolation
Your data is strictly isolated from other customers through row-level security in PostgreSQL and tenant-filtered vector queries. No cross-tenant data access is possible by design.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we initiate a 30-day soft deletion period followed by permanent deletion across all systems, including backups and vector indexes.
6. Security
We protect your data with encryption at rest (full disk encryption), encrypted credential storage for integrations, and comprehensive audit logging of all access events.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These services have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and are bound by their own privacy policies.
