Your data is strictly isolated from other customers through row-level security in PostgreSQL and tenant-filtered vector queries. No cross-tenant data access is possible by design.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we initiate a 30-day soft deletion period followed by permanent deletion across all systems, including backups and vector indexes.
